Moso Consulting Services first opened its doors on 01 September 1998. The company, driven by a vision to become a leading independent financial advisory services provider to clients, started out small in Roodepoort, Johannesburg. Today, the company has a national service presence, with dedicated consultants and resources to serve our clients in their respective regions.

For more than two decades, Moso Consulting Services has been proud to advise clients on medical aid, short-term (personal and commercial) and long-term insurance solutions and the whole range of financial services.

A 100% black owned and managed company, Moso Consulting Services has organically grown its business across the financial services sector. Today, we celebrate not just the number of years but a tradition of service excellence that defines our business and personnel, of which 70% are women.

Since 1998, we have held firm to our core belief and value that our clients’ needs should always be our first priority. For this reason, we have not compromised on service excellence.

As we continue to expand our company profile and develop a wider breadth of financial solutions for our clients, it is pleasing to see that the many years of focus put on innovation has provided a solid foundation for Moso Consulting Services today.

We have seen a great deal of changes in the financial services industry over the past years: The advent of the Twin Peaks Model (Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) and the Prudential Authority (PA)); the introduction of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) framework, the Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act, and the Insurance Act; the COVID19 pandemic and right up to the recent adoption of the National Health Insurance (NHI) Bill.

All have a significant impact on how we do business and how we engage our clients. Through the years, we have helped guide our clients in securing their future when choosing financial services, solutions and/or products.
